Activity 2: Final Evaluation, Classroom Integration Presentation

In the "Learn" section of this lesson, you explored many ways that Google Drive could be used in the classroom. For this assignment, you will create a Google Presentation that demonstrates various ways you will integrate technology into your classroom. Choose three out of the five Google Drive apps (Documents, Forms, Presentations, Drawings and Spreadsheet.) Aside from the Google Drive Apps, you must include a slide for one additional Google App found in the Chrome Web Store, and one Web 2.0 Tool.

You must also create a sample product for each of the resources. For example, if you choose Little Bird Tales as your Web 2.0 tool, you must link to a sample book that you created.

Create a slide for each resource with the following information:

  • Title Slide: Create a Title Slide with the title of the slideshow, your name, and the grade level/ subject area you teach.
  • For each page you should include the following
    • Title: Name of the App/ Website
    • Subject Area/ Topic of the lesson
    • Explain how the resource will be used to enhance your lesson.
    • Include some sort of visual: A photograph that relates to the lesson, a screenshot of the lesson.   (Click here to learn how to take a screenshot on various devices. )
    • A link to a sample. (Example, if you create a form for a reading assessment, include the link to this form)

Here is a sample of a finished presentation that does not include a Google App and Web 2.0 Slide.
